Description

Deze aanbestedingsleidraad is opgesteld ten behoeve van het contracteren van een Opdrachtnemer waarmee de Opdrachtgever een contract wenst af te sluiten voor het onderhoud en vervanging van de Openbare Verlichting. Openbare Verlichting wordt in dit document afgekort met OVL. De Opdrachtgever bestaat uit 8 gemeenten en zij besteden dit gezamenlijk aan, maar gaan ieder met de winnende inschrijver een individueel contract aan. De Opdrachtgever wenst een contract voor vier (4) jaar met een verlengoptie van één (1) keer twee (2) jaar. De opdrachtwaarde van de Raamovereenkomst over de volledige looptijd inclusief verlengingsoptie(s), wordt geraamd op 24.500.000,- exclusief BTW. De opdrachtwaarde is gebaseerd op basis van het aantal aan te brengen armaturen, het aantal te vervangen lichtmasten en de historische kostengegevens voor het uitvoeren van deze handelingen en het leveren van de gevraagde materialen.
