Maastricht UMC+ is voornemens één RoboticScope aan te schaffen voor de afdeling Plastische Chirurgie. De opdracht omvat de levering en complete samenstelling van het systeem, installatie, implementatie, acceptatie, gebruikers- en technische scholing, meerjarig onderhoud en support en de levering van bijbehorende verbruiksartikelen. De leverancier wordt verzocht hiervoor een complete Best and Final Offer in te dienen, waarin alle eenmalige, periodieke en gebruiksafhankelijke kosten zijn opgenomen. De uitvraag vindt plaats binnen een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande oproep tot mededinging en is gericht op een voorgenomen directe gunning en meerjarige samenwerking. De opdracht omvat de aanschaf van één compleet en gebruiksklaar RoboticScope-systeem, inclusief alle benodigde hardware, software, accessoires, installatie, implementatie, acceptatie en scholing. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het onderhoud en de support gedurende de overeengekomen looptijd en de levering op afroep van de noodzakelijke verbruiksartikelen, waaronder steriele afdekhoezen. Het jaarvolume van de verbruiksartikelen is niet bekend.
