De Opdracht betreft twee percelen, namelijk perceel 1 halskraag en perceel 2 opvouwbare stabilisator hoofd, waarbij Opdrachtgever per perceel één Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer wil sluiten. Let op: rectificatie heeft betrekking op het maximale gewicht van de halskraag, deze is verhoogt van 200 naar 220 gram. Binnen de operationele militaire gezondheidszorg wordt pré-hospitaal vanaf het niveau Role 0/1 (ZelfHulp KameradenHulp (ZHKH tot en met de Algemeen Militair Arts (AMA)) en in het hospitaal (ROLE2B, ROLE2E, R2Forward (bestaat uit Special Operations Surgical Team (SOST) en advanced resuscitation team (ART)) gebruik gemaakt van tactisch medische producten. Dit betreft verbruiks- en gebruiksartikelen, al dan niet ondergebracht in uitrustingen, geschikt voor militaire geneeskundige zorg gedurende operationele inzet, waar ook ter wereld, aan boord van schepen, ter land en in de lucht.
