Description

Logos Scholengroep is op zoek naar een integraal ontwerpteam voor de nieuwbouw Retranchement te Gorinchem. Daarvoor wordt een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure georganiseerd, met eerst een selectiefase en daarna een gunningsfase. De school zal naar verwachting een bruto vloeroppervlak (bvo) van circa 1.482 m² omvatten. Deze omvang is gebaseerd op de normatieve ruimtebehoefte van 1.411 m² bvo, met een aanvullende toeslag van 5% vanwege de wens om onder-wijs optimaal te faciliteren. Uitgangspunt is een eenlaags gebouw, passend bij het gewenste functionele gebruik. Integrale ontwerpopdracht
