Description

Wij zoeken bedrijven die onze inwoners kunnen begeleiden naar de arbeidsmarkt met als doel duurzame economische zelfredzaamheid, via betaald werk, onbetaald werk of activiteiten. Perceel 1Personen met participatieverplichtingen: € 3.024.000 Perceel 2 Personen met re-integratie en arbeidsverplichtingen: € 720.000 Perceel 3 Statushouders: € 2.100.000 Bij personen met participatieverplichtingen staat duurzame ontwikkeling centraal. De opdrachtnemer werkt met realistische, gefaseerde trajecten en past maatwerk toe waar standaardinstrumenten onvoldoende passend zijn. Het gaat in dit perceel om inwoners met een (grotere) afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt die met passende begeleiding nog wel kunnen participeren/re-integreren. Perceel 1Personen met participatieverplichtingen: € 3.024.000; Voor personen met arbeidsverplichtingen ligt de nadruk op activering en toeleiding naar werk, afgestemd op de persoonlijke situatie. Voor dit perceel gaat het om inwoners met korte afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.; Naast het inburgeringsaanbod heeft de gemeente een rol in het vormgeven van begeleiding van statushouders richting werk. De begeleiding van statushouders is integraal van aard en houdt rekening met taalniveau, culturele achtergrond en eventuele belemmeringen voor arbeidsmarkttoetreding. De focus ligt op het opbouwen van perspectief op duurzame arbeidsmarkt- en maatschappelijke participatie. Let op dat statushouders zowel in perceel 1, 2 en 3 kunnen vallen. Perceel 3 is echter uniek voor statushouders indien deze statushouder ondersteuning nodig heeft middels de volgende dienstverlening: • Ondersteuning bij, het verbeteren van de beheersing van de Nederlandse taal: o Zowel algemeen als specifieke vaktaal waar nodig. o Zowel theoretisch als in de praktijk. • De kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt, (werk-) cultuur en het sollicitatieproces. • Ondersteuning bij waardering van diploma’s, certificaten en getuigschriften. • Ondersteuning bij het maken van cv’s. • Op een cultuursensitieve wijze begeleiding en ondersteuning biedt ter bevordering van de sociale en economische zelfredzaamheid, het liefst via betaald werk.
