Aankondiging afronding ‘onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging’ en ‘vrijwillige transparantie vooraf’ voor ‘Gezinsondersteuning pasgeborenen' NMD-samenwerking is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten met Babythuiszorg B.V. voor 'Gezinsondersteuning pasgeborenen'. Zie voor meer informatie bijgaande documenten. € 1.000.000,- op basis van een totale mogelijke contractduur van 48 kalendermaanden. ‘Gezinsondersteuning pasgeborenen’ betreft (specifieke) gezinsondersteuning voor gezinnen met een jeugdige tot ongeveer 1 jaar die tijdelijk niet zelfredzaam zijn, waarbij er sprake is van dreigende onveiligheid van de jeugdige. Het gaat om de inzet van laagdrempelige en vroegtijdige ondersteuning aan ouders met jeugdigen (jong) om problemen op latere leeftijd te voorkomen. 24/7 zorg is mogelijk. Dit product kan direct na de geboorte of later worden ingezet. Er zijn geen andere voorliggende (wettelijke) voorzieningen die ingezet kunnen worden. Met een relatief eenvoudig traject (praktische hulp) ontvangen ouders tijdelijk extra ondersteuning zodat zij daarna zelf weer verder kunnen of andere vormen van ondersteuning ingezet kunnen worden. Daarnaast is er oog voor mogelijke signalen van verwaarlozing en/of huiselijk geweld. € 1.000.000,- voor een totaal mogelijk contractduur van 48 kalendermaanden.
