Gemeente Deventer sluit als penvoerder namens Regio Midden-IJssel (gemeenten Deventer, Lochem, Olst-Wijhe, Raalte en Zutphen) raamovereenkomsten voor Wmo Beschermd Wonen. Het betreft tijdelijk verblijf met 24-uurs nabijheid, toezicht en begeleiding voor inwoners vanaf 18 jaar met psychische, psychosociale, cognitieve, verstandelijke en/of verslavingsproblematiek die tijdelijk niet zelfstandig kunnen wonen. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 Beschermd Wonen en Perceel 2 Beschermd Wonen met specifiek verslavingsgericht woonmilieu. De tarieven worden door de aanbestedende dienst vastgesteld; gunning vindt plaats op kwaliteit. De raamovereenkomsten gaan in op 1 januari 2028 en lopen tot en met 31 december 2031, met een optie tot verlenging van twee maal twee jaar. Raamovereenkomsten voor Wmo Beschermd Wonen, verdeeld over twee percelen. Perceel 1 Beschermd Wonen: 195 plekken, te sluiten met 8 aanbieders. Perceel 2 Beschermd Wonen met specifiek verslavingsgericht woonmilieu: 15 plekken, te sluiten met 1 aanbieder. Looptijd 1 januari 2028 tot en met 31 december 2031, met een optie tot verlenging van 2 x 2 jaar (maximaal tot en met 31 december 2035). Geen afnamegarantie. Beschermd Wonen voor inwoners vanaf 18 jaar met psychische, psychosociale, cognitieve, verstandelijke en/of ontwikkelingsgerelateerde problematiek, onder andere ernstige psychische problematiek (GGZ), een verstandelijke beperking (VG), autismespectrumstoornissen (ASS) of een combinatie daarvan, al dan niet met bijkomende verslavings-, gedrags-, lichamelijke of sociaal-maatschappelijke problematiek. Capaciteit: 195 plekken, te contracteren met 8 aanbieders. 195 plekken Beschermd Wonen, te contracteren met minimaal 8 aanbieders. Looptijd 1 januari 2028 tot en met 31 december 2031, met een optie tot verlenging van 2 x 2 jaar. Geen afnamegarantie.; Beschermd Wonen voor inwoners vanaf 18 jaar met verslavingsproblematiek, al dan niet in combinatie met andere problematiek, voor wie een specifieke verslavingsgerichte woonomgeving noodzakelijk is. Binnen dit perceel worden een middelvrije woonvoorziening en een woonvoorziening met ruimte voor actief middelengebruik onderscheiden. Capaciteit: 15 plekken, te contracteren met 1 aanbieder. 15 plekken Beschermd Wonen met specifiek verslavingsgericht woonmilieu, te contracteren met minimaal 1 aanbieder. Looptijd 1 januari 2028 tot en met 31 december 2031, met een optie tot verlenging van 2 x 2 jaar. Geen afnamegarantie.
