Description

De OWO-gemeenten (Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf en Opsterland), maken vanaf begin 2023 gebruik van de applicatie Rx.Mission en de module Open Fundament en sinds de inwerkingtreding van de Omgevingswet (1 januari 2024), van de applicaties Rx.Base en STTR Builder van Visma Roxit. Deze applicaties zijn essentieel voor de uitvoering van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving (VTH), het opstellen van omgevingsplannen, het opstellen van toepasbare regels en de overige daaraan verbonden wettelijke verplichtingen onder de Omgevingswet. De voorgenomen verlenging betreft een tijdelijke maatregel met een beoogde looptijd van twee (2) jaar, met een optie tot drie (3) maal een verlenging van een (1) jaar, bedoeld om ruimte te creëren voor een goede voorbereiding van een nieuwe aanbesteding, inclusief capaciteitsopbouw en vermindering van vendor lock-in risico’s.
