Description

De gemeente Pijnacker-Nootdorp beoogt via deze aanbestedingsprocedure te komen tot een Raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer, een gespecialiseerde Softwarebroker, die de gemeente optimaal ondersteunt bij de inkoop en het beheer van standaardprogrammatuur en bijbehorende dienstverlening. Het doel is de gemeente zoveel mogelijk te ontzorgen: de Softwarebroker treedt op als marktverkenner, adviseur, intermediair én administratief beheerder. Hierbij ligt de nadruk op het leveren van specialistische kennis van de softwaremarkt, het efficiënt en transparant uitvoeren van het inkoopproces, het actief adviseren over optimalisaties (zoals consolidaties en hergebruik van licenties), en het volledig overnemen van de operationele en administratieve lasten rondom softwareaankopen en licentiebeheer.
