Description

De Universiteit Utrecht is voornemens om de hierna omschreven opdracht rechtstreeks te gunnen aan Photon Systems Instruments, gevestigd aan de Průmyslová 470, 664 24 Drásov, Tsjechie, Trade Register nummer: C 27560. De opdracht betreft betreft de verhuizing van de bestaande apparatuur (van Photon Systems Instruments) als ook de levering, installatie en het onderhoud van klimaatkamers en klimaatcabines ten behoeve van een NPEC-UU Plant Research Facility en de integratie daarvan in de nieuwe klimaatkamers, ten behoeve van onderzoek binnen het departement Biologie / faculteit Betawetenschappen. Wanneer u vragen of bezwaren heeft naar aanleiding van dit voornemen, dan verzoeken wij u om contact op te nemen met Anja Timminga via a.timminga@uu.nl ten behoeve van het verkrijgen van een nadere toelichting respectievelijk om ons in de gelegenheid te stellen uw eventuele bezwaren te beoordelen. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde is 7.000.000,- euro inclusief btw gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst / de initiële looptijd (de garantieperiode van 2 jaar plus de vaste periode van 6 jaar aan onderhoud). Na het verstrijken van de vaste periode van 8 jaar kunnen we de overeenkomst telkens met 2 jaar verlengen.
