De onderhavige aanbesteding heeft betrekking op de aanschaf van meerdere GC-MS systemen en een bijbehorend service-contract binnen een raamovereenkomst. Waterproef heeft voor het uitvoeren van analyses de komende jaren behoefte aan meerdere GC-MS systemen. Waterproef heeft op dit moment nog geen raamovereenkomst voor de aanschaf van meerdere GC-MS systemen. De wens van Waterproef is om voor de aanschaf van deze meerdere GC-MS systemen wel een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te kunnen (blijven) waarborgen. Raamovereenkomst waarin minimaal 1 GC-MS systeem wordt afgenomen + bijbehorend all-in onderhoudscontract. Maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is 2.000.000 euro.
