Het doel van deze aanbesteding is een overeenkomst te sluiten met één partij die in staat is het gevraagde te leveren c.q. uit te voeren. Aanbestedende dienst gunt de opdracht aan de inschrijver met de beste prijs kwaliteit verhouding, behoudens beëindiging van deze aanbesteding vóór gunning.
