Description

De Opdracht betreft de gebruiksklare levering, installatie en oplevering van één (1) spectral flow cell sorter, inclusief de benodigde randapparatuur en ICT-werkplek, zodanig dat het systeem direct operationeel ingezet kan worden binnen de organisatie. Onderdeel van de Opdracht vormt: Een basisgarantie van één (1) jaar na oplevering; Preventief onderhoud en service, gebaseerd op een onderhoudscontract met een looptijd van negen (9) jaar, aansluitend op de basisgarantie; Training van 6 interne hoofdgebruikers middels een ‘train-de-trainer’ sessie, verzorgd door een application specialist, met een doorlooptijd van circa één (1) dag; De levering van eventuele machine specifieke verbruiksartikelen die noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren en regulier gebruik van het systeem; Alle overige noodzakelijke leveringen en diensten die benodigd zijn voor een volledige en duurzame ingebruikname gedurende de beoogde afschrijvingsperiode van circa tien (10) jaar. De Opdracht omvat daarmee zowel de levering van de apparatuur als de bijbehorende dienstverlening ten behoeve van installatie, kennisoverdracht, continuïteit en instandhouding gedurende de volledige levensduur. De raming voor de inkoop van de machine bedraagt € 750.000,- exclusief btw. Voor de machine wordt uitgegaan van een levensduur van tien (10) jaar. De kosten voor onderhoud, na afloop van de garantieperiode van twaalf (12) maanden, worden geraamd op € 25.500,- op jaarbasis, exclusief btw voor de resterende duur van negen (9) jaar. Dat is inclusief de machine specifieke verbruiksartikelen. Met deze raming beoogt de Aanbestedende dienst een zo nauwkeurig mogelijk beeld te geven van de omvang van de Opdracht.
