Dit is een Europese Openbare aanbesteding van het Radboudumc. De aanbesteding betreft de volledige meubel dienstverlening. Dit betreft zowel standaard als speciaal meubilair voor werken, overleggen en opbergen binnen kantoor-, onderwijs- en zorgomgevingen. Doel van de opdracht Radboudumc wenst hiertoe een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één leverancier voor de duur van drie (3) jaar, en een verlengingsoptie van driemaal één (1) jaar met één leverancier welke de beste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vertegenwoordigt. Omvang van de Opdracht De dienstverlening omvat het onderhouden, repareren en refurbishen van het bestaande meubilair van het Radboudumc, met als doel de waarde en functionaliteit van zowel het meubel als de afzonderlijke onderdelen zo goed mogelijk te behouden. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht de levering, montage en het gebruiksklaar opleveren van nieuw of refurbished meubilair. Dit meubilair is bij voorkeur geschikt voor toekomstig hergebruik en sluit aan bij circulaire principes, waarbij zo veel mogelijk gebruik wordt gemaakt van bestaande producten, onderdelen en materialen, zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie.
