Aanleiding De Aanbestedende diensten ervaren een structurele stijging in het aantal Woo-verzoeken. Door de combinatie van een toenemend volume en een toenemende complexiteit staan de wettelijke behandeltermijnen en de beschikbare interne capaciteit onder druk. Met name bij piekbelasting, omvangrijke dossiers, complexe juridische vraagstukken of tijdelijke uitval van medewerkers kan de beschikbare interne capaciteit ontoereikend zijn. De Aanbestedende diensten willen daarom beschikken over een flexibele, schaalbare en deskundige dienstverlener die op afroep een afgebakend gedeelte van de behandeling van Woo-verzoeken kan uitvoeren. Doel van de opdracht Het doel van de opdracht is het contracteren van één Opdrachtnemer die de Aanbestedende diensten ondersteunt bij de operationele behandeling van Woo-verzoeken. Opdrachtwaarde De totale maximale waarde van alle onder de Raamovereenkomst verstrekte opdrachten bedraagt € 1.400.000 exclusief btw. (waarvan € 1.000.000, - t.b.v. de Provincie Overijssel en € 400.000, - t.b.v. de Gemeente Dalfsen) Aanleiding De Aanbestende diensten ervaren een structurele stijging in het aantal Woo-verzoeken. Opdrachtwaarde De geraamde omvang van de dienstverlening bedraagt circa € 350.000 , - exclusief btw per twaalf maanden. De totale maximale waarde van alle onder de Raamovereenkomst verstrekte opdrachten bedraagt € 1.400.000 , - exclusief btw.
