Gemeente Amsterdam onderzoekt de mogelijkheden om te komen tot realisatie, implementatie en beheer van een Vastgoedbeheer- en onderhoudssysteem en wil derhalve in de marktverkenning toetsen en onderzoeken welke mogelijkheden er zijn om tot invoering van een dergelijk systeem over te gaan en welke kosten daarmee gemoeid zijn. Ook wil gemeente Amsterdam inzicht krijgen in de fasering van een dergelijke vervanging, de doorlooptijd van de fasen en de opbouw van de kosten. Belangrijk i.v.m. zomerreces: Indien marktpartijen vanwege het zomerreces onvoldoende tijd hebben om de antwoorden op de vragen van de Gemeente aan te leveren vóór de gestelde deadline (24 augustus 23:59 uur), bestaat de mogelijkheid om de vervolgstappen op te schuiven. Marktpartijen kunnen dit kenbaar maken in hun reactie via Mercell, uiterlijk 10 augustus. De gemeente Amsterdam beslist vervolgens of en in welke mate de planning wordt aangepast. Deze mogelijkheid laat onverlet dat de uiteindelijke beslissing bij de gemeente berust en dat de planning onder voorbehoud blijft.
