Description

De VRH zoekt een servicepartner voor de uitvoering van het Technisch ICT beheer. Dit beheer bestaat uit de volgende vijf onderdelen: 1. Beheer Azure en Microsoft 365 omgeving; 2. Beheer werkplekken; 3. Eindgebruikersdiensten; 4. Processturing en controle; 5. Optionele advisering en ondersteuning. De VRH blijft verantwoordelijk voor sturing en beleid op de totale ICT van de VRH. Daarbij zijn verschillende externe partners betrokken. Samen moet dit zorgen voor een blijvend stabiele, toekomstbestendige, functionele en veilige ICT voorziening die voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving, passend bij de processen van de VRH organisatie. De organisatie, de mate van automatisering, de technologische ontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving, de omgeving; allemaal factoren die dynamisch zijn. Van de servicepartner wordt verwacht dat deze hierop kan aanpassen en adviseren. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor onbepaalde tijd. De VRH wil de huidige, aflopende overeenkomst vervangen, waarbij deze aanbesteding betrekking heeft op het Technisch ICT beheer. Gezien de hoogte van het ramingsbedrag is hiervoor een Europese aanbesteding nodig. De opdrachtwaarde volgt uit de aanbesteding. Zie algemene opdrachtomschrijving. Zie algemene beschrijving.
