Description

De opdracht omvat, op hoofdlijnen, het structureel beheer en de doorontwikkeling van het provinciale CMS-platform en De Staat van Groningen (Perceel 1), en ook de projectmatige realisatie van websites met een bijzonder of tijdelijk karakter, welke via nadere uitvragen per opdracht worden verstrekt (Perceel 2). Als u wilt deelnemen aan deze procedure moet u uw aanmelding voor 14 september 2026 13:00 uur indienen via Mercell. Perceel 1 omvat het beheer, onderhoud, hosting en de doorontwikkeling van het provinciale CMS-platform en de daarop gebaseerde websites. Hieronder vallen in ieder geval: de provinciale website; themawebsites en landingspagina's die onderdeel uitmaken van het provinciale CMS-platform; De Staat van Groningen (DSVG). bijbehorende koppelingen, functionaliteiten en contentmigraties.; Perceel 2 omvat de realisatie, doorontwikkeling, het beheer en de eventuele uitfasering van projectmatige websites. Het betreft websites die voortkomen uit projecten, programma's, campagnes, evenementen of samenwerkingsverbanden en die qua functionaliteit, uitstraling, organisatie of looptijd kunnen afwijken van de websites binnen Perceel 1. Perceel 2 wordt ingericht als een raamovereenkomst met meerdere opdrachtnemers. Voor concrete opdrachten worden nadere uitvragen georganiseerd onder de gecontracteerde opdrachtnemers.
