Dit aanbestedingsdocument bevat informatie over de Europese aanbesteding van de provincie Groningen met betrekking tot DRIS-adviesdiensten. Deze aanbesteding betreft een openbare Aanbestedingsprocedure onder werking van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Het Dynamisch Reisinformatiesysteem (DRIS) voorziet reizigers op belangrijke bushaltes in Groningen en Drenthe van actuele reisinformatie. Het beheer en onderhoud van het systeem zijn ondergebracht bij een externe DRIS-beheerder. De provincie Groningen en de provincie Drenthe wensen gedurende de looptijd van deze overeenkomst te beschikken over een onafhankelijke deskundige partij die toezicht houdt op de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden door de DRIS-beheerder, de contractuele prestaties monitort en adviseert over het functioneren en de verdere ontwikkeling van het DRIS-systeem.
