Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één partij voor het leveren van diverse Standaardsoftware, inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening, functionele advisering en licentiebeheer. De NZa wil hiermee functionele en technische ondersteuning samenbrengen in één contract. Deze partij fungeert als broker tussen de NZa en leveranciers van de Standaardsoftware. Deze brengt vraagt en aanbod bij elkaar. De raamovereenkomst die wordt gesloten met de winnende partij is het kader waarbinnen specifieke overheidsopdrachten in de zin van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 tot stand komen met nader te bepalen leveranciers van diverse Standaardsoftware. Het repeterende karakter van de leveringen en dienstverlening, alsmede de diversiteit aan aanbieders, zijn de voornaamste redenen voor de keuze voor een raamovereenkomst.
