Description

De Opdracht bestaat uit het leveren van diensten uitgevoerd door specifiek AFAS consultants/Expertise. Opdrachtgever wil een Raamovereenkomst sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer, die gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht. De doelstelling is het door ontwikkelen van AFAS software met tijdige, voldoende beschikbare, deskundige senior consultants (op de deelgebieden HR, Finance, systemintegratie en productie), met transparantie over inzet (eigen dienst of extern), een robuuste aanpak voor inzetbaarheid en planning bij nieuwe projecten, bewezen ervaring binnen de sociale werkvoorziening en participatiebranche (incl. relevante wet- en regelgeving en processen), en een in samenwerking met opdrachtgever vastgestelde projectsturing (projectleider en/of projectbureau) die afstemming, voortgang, kwaliteit en risico’s effectief stuurt tegen marktconforme tarieven. Zie Bestek De inhuur betreft het leveren en inzetten van gecertificeerde AFAS consultants/expertise voor de diverse optimalisatie projecten binnen de bedrijfsvoering van Opdrachtgever. Deze inhuur betreft inzet op basis van een vooraf gespecificeerd project met een overeengekomen begroting met plafond, of uren op basis van nacalculatie voor specifieke expertise op de verschillende domeinen, als HR, Financieel, Salarisadministratie e.d. Afhankelijk van het specifieke onderwerp en/of uit te voeren werkzaamheden komt het ook voor dat naast het inzetten van een senior consultant een junior consultant kan worden ingezet voor generieke activiteiten. Het inzetten van de AFAS consultants/expertise richt zich dan ook op de volgende rollen: • Senior Projectmanager • Senior Consultant(s) • Junior Consultant(s) • Projectoffice medewerker De jaarlijkse omvang van de werkzaamheden wordt geschat tussen de € 70.000,- en € 80.000, - exclusief btw.
