• de levering en implementatie van het financieel systeem, inclusief inrichting, configuratie, testen, acceptatie en ingebruikname op basis van een site licentie; • de migratie van relevante gegevens vanuit het huidige financiële systeem naar de nieuwe oplossing; • de realisatie en inrichting van noodzakelijke koppelingen met overige applicaties binnen het gemeentelijke applicatielandschap; • het tijdens de implementatie verzorgen van opleidingen en ondersteuning van gebruikers; • Het vakbekwaam maken en houden van functioneel beheerders ten aanzien van het beheer en de toepassing van de oplossing gedurende de contractperiode. • het leveren van onderhoud, support en doorontwikkeling gedurende de contractperiode. De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige implementatie en een stabiele ingebruikname van het systeem, zodanig dat de organisatie haar werkzaamheden ononderbroken kan uitvoeren. - Zie aanbestedingsdocument inclusief haar bijlagen. -
