Description

Om in de toekomst te kunnen voldoen aan het leveren van voldoende drinkwater aan een deel van zuidwest Nederland wordt er ter hoogte van Kapelle een nieuwe drinkwaterzuivering (dwz) gerealiseerd, genaamd DWZ Wranghe. Evides wenst voor de nieuwe drinkwaterzuivering De Wranghe de benodigde debietmeetvoorzieningen te realiseren teneinde de waterstromen betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig te kunnen regelen en monitoren. Voor dit doel zijn debietmeetsystemen benodigd zoals gespecificeerd in de bijlagen. In hoofdlijnen omvat het onderwerp van de opdracht: Levering en instellen van debietmetingen. Plaatsen en aansluiten van de metingen gebeurt door Opdrachtgever. Zie de bijlagen voor de specificaties. De equipment moet DDP worden afgeleverd op locatie, voorzien van stevige bescherming zoals pallets en moet worden gelost door leverancier. Daarvoor is ter plaatse geen materieel beschikbaar. In de datasheets is verwoord waar de instrumenten aan moeten voldoen. Enkele meters hebben het predicaat ‘MID’ om met hoge nauwkeurigheid de inkomende en uitgaande (afval)waterstromen in kaart te brengen. Uitsluitend FIT-52188 en FIT-52288 zijn bedoeld als afrekenmeter voor commerciële doeleinden. FIT-68901 en FIT-68902 worden als enige geplaatst in de bodem, buiten. Deze metingen moeten waterdicht en gereed voor ondergrondse toepassing worden aangeleverd door leverancier. De equipment dient geleverd te worden in drie delen, volgens deze planning: - Nazuivering en chemie, ca. 2/3, Q2 2028 - - Hoge-drukpompstation, <5%, Q3 2028 Voorzuivering, ca. 1/3, Q2 2029 Na installatie wordt de leverancier gevraagd terug te komen voor instellen en inbedrijfstellen van de instrumenten. Personeel op site zal in de Nederlandse taal kunnen communiceren. Reserveonderdelen zullen nog 10 jaar leverbaar zijn.
