Description

Het Douane Laboratorium heeft een groeiende behoefte aan meer analysecapaciteit voor het LC-HRMS-systeem, dat wordt gebruikt voor de analyse van uiteenlopende organische stoffen, eiwitten en peptiden. Het huidige systeem kan de toegenomen hoeveelheid en complexiteit van de analyses niet meer aan, wat leidt tot capaciteitsproblemen en risico’s voor de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het onderzoek. Door uitbreiding van de capaciteit voor LC-MS-analyses kan het laboratorium inspelen op de toenemende en veranderende onderzoeksvragen en wordt de kwaliteit van het werk gewaarborgd. Het doel van deze uitvraag is het sluiten van twee raamovereenkomsten tussen het Douane Laboratorium en één opdrachtnemer, voor de levering van (mogelijk) twee LC-HRMS-systemen, inclusief uitbreidingsopties en onderhoud. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 1.968.000,- exclusief btw, inclusief alle mogelijke opties tot verlenging en uitbreiding gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst. De aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd door het RIVM, namens en voor het Douane Laboratorium, in het kader van de Rijksinkoopcategorie Laboratorium.
