Description

Meerjarige raamovereenkomst voor het vervangen (of nieuw aanbrengen) van roltrappen inclusief instandhouding. In de maximaal 8 jaar dat opdrachten voor vervanging (of complete nieuwbouw) kunnen worden gegeven, gaat het om maximaal 100 roltrappen die in opdracht kunnen worden gegeven. Als de maximumhoeveelheid wordt bereikt, kunnen geen nieuwe opdrachten voor vervanging van liften worden verstrekt en eindigt de raamovereenkomst voor dat onderdeel van rechtswege. Aangegane verplichtingen ten aanzien van instandhouding blijven van kracht. In de overeenkomst die bij de uitnodiging tot inschrijving zal worden meegeven wel zal een regeling komen als de instandhouding eerder dan 25 jaar na oplevering niet meer wenselijk blijkt te zijn. Een meerjarige raamovereenkomst voor het vervangen (of nieuw aanbrengen) van roltrappen inclusief instandhouding.
