Ter voorbereiding op de komende aanbesteding willen wij marktpartijen uitnodigen om mee te lezen met de concept-aanbestedingsdocumenten middels een marktconsultatie. Met deze marktconsultatie willen wij toetsen of de stukken duidelijk en volledig zijn en aansluiten op de mogelijkheden in de markt. Daarbij stellen we u in de gelegenheid om input te leveren/feedback te geven op de aanbestedingsdocumenten. De ontvangen reacties worden gebruikt om de aanbestedingsdocumenten waar nodig te verduidelijken of te verbeteren. Deelname aan deze marktconsultatie is vrijwillig en maakt geen onderdeel uit van de formele aanbestedingsprocedure. Aan de consultatie kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend en deelname biedt geen voor- of nadeel bij een eventuele inschrijving. Gelet op de naderende zomer vakantie periode informeren wij u (middels deze vooraankondiging) alvast over deze marktconsultatie zodat u hier in uw planning rekening mee kunt houden indien u hieraan wilt deelnemen. De concept aanbestedingsdocumenten worden naar verwachting in week 30 of week 31 beschikbaar gesteld via Mercell. Uw reactie ontvangen wij dan graag binnen drie weken. Wij stellen uw betrokkenheid en deskundige bijdrage zeer op prijs en hopen op uw deelname. Na verwerking van de ontvangen feedback zal de definitieve aanbesteding volgens de geldende aanbestedingsregels worden gepubliceerd.
