Onder de drankenvoorziening verstaan wij de levering, plaatsing en het beheer van koffiemachines en bijbehorende producten in de koffieapparaten op de gemeentelijke locaties. Onder de opdracht valt:  het plaatsen, aansluiten en bedrijfsklaar opleveren van 24 koffieautomaten;  levering van ingrediënten in de koffieapparaten;  het uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud en storingsherstel;  het inregelen van meldings- en storingsafhandeling;  het informeren en begeleiden van eindgebruikers bij ingebruikname (bijv. instructie of handleiding);  het informeren en begeleiden van de operators bij ingebruikname (bijv. instructie of handleiding);  het registreren en rapporteren van verbruik, onderhoud en prestaties.
