Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is het verzamelen van marktinformatie ten behoeve van een mogelijke toekomstige aanbesteding. Twence wenst inzicht te verkrijgen in de ontwikkelingen binnen de markt, beschikbare dienstverlening, innovatieve oplossingen, contractvormen en mogelijkheden voor samenwerking op het gebied van brandveiligheidsinstallaties. De beoogde scope omvat onder andere: -Preventief en correctief onderhoud van brandmeldinstallaties, -ontruimingsalarminstallaties en sprinklerinstallaties; -24/7 storingsdienstverlening en consignatiediensten; -Wettelijke inspecties, keuringen en certificeringen; -Rapportages en advies ten aanzien van compliance, brandveiligheid en lifecycle management; -Levering, vervanging, modificatie en uitbreiding van installaties; -Digitalisering, monitoring op afstand en datagedreven onderhoud; -Ondersteuning bij inspecties door certificerende instanties, toezichthouders en verzekeraars.
