Description

Gemeenten hebben op basis van de Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning (Wmo) tot taak aan inwoners, die belemmeringen ervaren bij hun zelfredzaamheid en hun participatie in de samenleving, voorzieningen te bieden waar nodig. Bij problemen in het gebruik van de woning kan het verstrekken van een automatische deuropener onderdeel uitmaken van de gekozen oplossing. De opdracht omvat: • het leveren en installeren van automatische deuropeners; • het uitvoeren van een technische inventarisatie op locatie; • het adviseren over de meest passende en goedkoopste oplossing; • het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; • het verhelpen van storingen; • het demonteren en verwijderen van deuropeners wanneer deze niet langer noodzakelijk zijn; • het waar mogelijk reviseren en hergebruiken van automatische deuropeners; • het onderhouden van reeds geplaatste deuropeners die eigendom zijn van de gemeenten. zie programma van eisen
