Description

Diensten in de vorm van een mbo jeugdteam ter ondersteuning van alle jongeren tot 27 jaar die op niveau 1 t/m 4 een middelbaar beroepsonderwijs (mbo) opleiding volgen aan een van de drie mbo-instellingen (ROCvA, Hout- en Meubileringscollege, Mediacollege) in Amsterdam, ongeacht hun woongemeente. Het betreft hierbij ondersteuning door jeugdadviseurs en jeugdpsychologen. Het mbo jeugdteam werkt hierbij nauw samen met de GGD, en enkele andere stakeholders die vanuit hun eigen taak ondersteuning bieden op de mbo’s en hierbij op casusniveau met elkaar de hulp afstemmen.
