De gemeente Utrecht wil namens de samenwerkende gemeenten in de regio Utrecht met één aanbieder een overeenkomst afsluiten voor de levering van Jeugdhulp binnen speciaal onderwijsinstelling Rafael. Verwachte omvang van de overeenkomst: € 1.200.000,- voor het schooljaar 2026-2027 met 3 verleningsopties van steeds 1 schooljaar. De gemeente verwacht over de gehele looptijd (maximaal 4 jaar) van de raamovereenkomst diensten af te nemen met een totale waarde van maximaal € 4.800.000,- excl. Inflatiecorrectie volgens gemeenten. De inzet van jeugdhulp voor leerlingen van Rafael is gebaseerd op het aantal uren ondersteuning wat nodig is. De kosten per leerling zijn 5738 euro voor een schooljaar. De school heeft een omvang van maximaal 220 leerlingen.
