De aanbestedende dienst is van oordeel dat er geen daadwerkelijke mededinging mogelijk is om technische redenen. Voor nadere informatie over deze onderbouwing verwijzen wij u naar de bijlage. De verwachte opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 77,5 miljoen. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
