Description

RSJ IJsselland wenst het aanbod ambulante jeugdhulp binnen haar Raamovereenkomst specialistische jeugdhulp uit te breiden met aanbieders die zorg bieden op het gebied van genderdysforie en stelt hiertoe perceel 1 en 3 weer open voor nieuwe toetreders. Inschrijver wordt verzocht de documenten behorende bij deze Raamovereenkomst specialistische jeugdhulp (waaronder de percelen 1 en 3) door te nemen. Op deze opdracht zijn alle gestelde eisen en voorwaarden van toepassing zoals gesteld in het inkoopdocument (inclusief haar bijlagen) en de Raamovereenkomst Specialistische Jeugdhulp. Het betreft een Raamovereenkomst zonder afname verplichting Gemeenten hebben een verantwoordelijkheid om passende zorg en ondersteuning te organiseren voor jeugdigen die zoekende zijn naar hun genderidentiteit binnen de verantwoordelijkheid vanuit de Jeugdwet. De zorgvraag van jeugdigen met genderissues of genderincongruentie kan complex zijn en vraagt om ondersteuning en/of zorg op maat, afhankelijk van de situatie waarin jeugdigen verkeren. Binnen de regio IJsselland is hier momenteel geen specifiek aanbod op gecontracteerd, maar ziet men wel een zorgbehoefte. RSJ IJsselland wenst daarom het zorgaanbod aan te vullen op het specialisme genderdysforie en stelt hiertoe de percelen 1 en 3 weer open voor nieuwe toetreders. Op de andere percelen kan middels deze tussentijdse toetreding geen inschrijving worden gedaan.
