Description

Scalabor wil een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor haar medewerkers. Door middel van de inzet van een arbodienstverlener wil zij tevens invulling geven aan de wettelijke verplichtingen én inzetten op verzuimbeheersing en preventie. Dit met het doel de veiligheid, de gezondheid en het welzijn van de medewerkers te bevorderen, zodat deze vitaal en duurzaam inzetbaar zijn en blijven. Scalabor stelt duurzame terugkeer voorop. De werkgever kijkt samen met de medewerker hoe de medewerker het beste ondersteund kan worden bij een duurzame terugkeer. De werkgever wordt hierin ondersteund door adviezen van de bedrijfsarts, verzuimbegeleiding en de HR Business Partner. De dienstverlening wordt ingekocht tegen een marktconform tarief. De geraamde waarde van deze aanbesteding bedraagt €1.700.000,- exclusief BTW over de gehele contractperiode van vier (4) jaar. Deze schatting is gebaseerd op basis van een zorgvuldig opgestelde raming. Gebaseerd op de historische kosten van de huidige dienstverlener over de afgelopen vier jaar. Inschrijvers kunnen geen rechten aan bovenstaande inschatting ontlenen. Er is geen sprake van een afnameverplichting. Omdat de aanbestedende dienst in de afgelopen jaren te maken had met sterk fluctuerende werkzaamheden, is ervoor gekozen een maximale opdrachtwaarde op te nemen. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt €2.550.000,- exclusief BTW. Arbodienstverlening
