Description

De gemeente houdt een openbare Europese aanbesteding conform de Aanbestedingswet omdat de geraamde waarde ruim over de Europese aanbestedingsgrens uit gaat. De ingangsdatum van de opdracht is 1 januari 2027 of, indien de overeenkomst eerder tot stand komt, op de datum van inwerkingtreding van de overeenkomst. De overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van drie jaar en kan driemaal worden verlengd met een periode van drie jaar. De maximale contractduur bedraagt daarmee twaalf jaar. De gemeente kiest bewust voor een langdurige samenwerking om gezamenlijk te kunnen investeren in kwaliteit, innovatie, doorontwikkeling van de dienstverlening en een duurzame samenwerking binnen de lokale uitvoeringsketen. Voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht is een prijsplafond c.q. vast bedrag per leertraject van toepassing. Deze bedragen staan in de aanbestedingsleidraad. Voor deze lange looptijd is gekozen om de ambities van de gemeente tezamen met een opdrachtnemer vorm te kunnen geven en een langdurige relatie met een opdrachtnemer aan te gaan.
