Description

Met deze aanbestedingsprocedure wordt één opdrachtnemer geselecteerd waarmee een overeenkomst wordt gesloten. Het doel van deze overeenkomst is om voor de maximale looptijd van vier jaar inclusief verlengingen, kerstpakketten onder te brengen bij één opdrachtnemer. Deze opdrachtnemer zorgt ervoor dat deze kerstpakketten elk jaar opnieuw worden samengesteld en hij zorgt ervoor dat de kerstpakketten elk jaar verschillend zijn ten opzichte van de jaren daarvoor. De inhoud van deze kerstpakketten worden in samenspraak met de opdrachtgever samengesteld. Voor verdere toelichting zie aanbestedingsleidraad. Senzer stelt een budget van €37,74 exclusief BTW per pakket beschikbaar voor de levering van de kerstpakketten. Op basis van 2.025 medewerkers bedraagt dit €76.438,- per jaar (exclusief BTW).
