Dit platform moet de dienstverlening verbeteren door burgers te ontzorgen bij het aanleveren van gegevens en besluitvorming te versnellen, bijvoorbeeld door automatisch of ambtshalve voorzieningen toe te kennen. Daarbij staan dataminimalisatie en naleving van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) centraal. Waarom deze marktconsultatie Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is het verkrijgen van inzicht in de mogelijkheden, beperkingen en ambities van marktpartijen, en het inwinnen van informatie met betrekking tot dit onderwerp. Hiertoe benaderen we een aantal organisaties in de branche die we in staat achten deze dienstverlening uit te voeren. Voor wie Deelname staat open voor individuele partijen en samenwerkingsverbanden (bijv. consortium). Van de marktconsultatie kan een geanonimiseerd verslag worden gemaakt. Uw input wordt anoniem verwerkt. Doel marktconsultatie Met deze marktconsultatie wil de gemeente: Inzicht krijgen in de technische mogelijkheden van brondata-platformen. Begrijpen hoe gegevens worden ontsloten, verwerkt en aangeleverd. Informatie verzamelen over de gebruiksvriendelijkheid en toegankelijkheid van de oplossingen. Begrijpen welke interne middelen nodig zijn voor implementatie en beheer. Inzicht krijgen in de kostenstructuur en mogelijke bijkomende kosten. De informatie uit deze marktconsultatie kan in de toekomst mogelijk gebruikt worden om een aanbesteding vorm te geven, dit is echter nog niet zeker.
