Description

Het beheer van het Energiefonds Overijssel. Het Energiefonds wil door het aanbieden van zowel participaties als leningen en garanties op een innovatieve manier investeringen in hernieuwbare energie en energiebesparing stimuleren. Het gaat zowel om het verstrekken van financieringen (eigen en vreemd vermogen en garanties) als het beheren van de lopende portefeuille. Hiervoor zijn twee vennootschappen opgericht: Energiefonds Overijssel I B.V. (EFO I) en Energiefonds Overijsel II B.V. (EFO II). De terugontvangen middelen kunnen door de fondsbeheerder opnieuw worden ingezet. Deze publicatie betreft het voornemen tot een wijziging van de bestaande opdracht waarbij een beroep wordt gedaan op artikel 2.163d van de Aanbestedingswet. Zie voor motivatie en omvang onder 6.
