Description

Deze vrijwillige transparantie betreft de contractering van een leverancier voor de levering van Custom-made GMP peptiden, inclusief het uitvoeren van stabiliteitsstudies per peptide volgens ICH-richtlijnen en strikte tijdslijnen. Deze fabrikant moet beschikken over een GMP API-productiecertificaat en hun productie faciliteit moet zich in Europa bevinden. De Custom-made GMP peptiden die gebruikt zullen worden in de PROTECT-lynch studie (fase I/II), worden naar verwachting ook ingezet in vervolgstudie (fase III). Het is van cruciaal belang voor ons dat de leverancier betrouwbaar is en in staat om afgesproken tijdslijnen na te komen en de opdracht te vervullen). Uit de marktconsultatie met Mercell nummer T135727 is gebleken dat er slechts één leverancier kan voldoen aan de strikte kwaliteitseis en strakke tijdslijn.
