Description

De opdracht betreft het leveren van integrale ondersteuning bij verduurzaming van VvE’s bij de gemeenten Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Best, Oirschot en Geldrop-Mierlo. De ondersteuning moet binnen 2 jaar leiden tot een besluit op de ALV van een uitgekozen VvE voor het nemen van ten minste één verduurzamingsmaatregel. Dit is bij voorkeur een isolatiemaatregel maar andere maatregelen zijn ook bespreekbaar. Het aantal op deze wijze te bereiken VvE’s is 77 stuks in twee jaar, in het PVE staat dit nader omschreven. De werkzaamheden richten zich op het activeren van de VvE’s tot het nemen van maatregelen, het begeleiden en adviseren in het proces tot de besluitvorming en hierbij ook het aanspreekpunt zijn met een periodiek inloopspreekuur. De vervolgonderzoeken en daadwerkelijke uitvoering behoren niet tot de scope van de opdracht. Het betreft adviesdiensten voor VvE's van 5 gemeenten met als doel in totaal 77 duurzaamheidsmaatregelen in 2 jaar.
