Alle schriftelijke communicatie wil Belastingen Bollenstreek uitbesteden en aanleveren op een platform. Belastingen Bollenstreek wil een overeenkomst sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor het samenstellen van fysiek drukwerk en het versturen van fysieke en digitale post. Werkzaamheden die betrekking hebben op de fysieke post zijn: brieven drukken, het verzendklaar maken voor de bezorgdienst en het in ontvangst nemen van retourpost. Met betrekking tot de digitale post gaat het om het klaarzetten en versturen van digitale post naar MijnOverheid. Het streven is om in de toekomst zoveel mogelijk digitaal te verzenden.
