De Staat der Nederlanden (aanbestedende dienst: het ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat) heeft het voornemen om een opdracht te gunnen aan “Stichting Climate Adaptation Services” (nader te noemen “Stichting CAS”) voor “Regievoering, actualiseren en beheren van de Klimaateffectatlas en het daarmee verbonden “Kennisportaal Klimaatadaptatie”. De initiële duur van de af te sluiten overeenkomst is 3 jaar (ingangsdatum 1/1/2027 tot en met 31/12/2029), waarna deze door het ministerie IenW eenzijdig eenmaal kan worden verlengd voor de duur van maximaal 3 jaar (tot en met 31/12/2032). De totale looptijd is daarmee maximaal 6 jaar. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt naar verwachting circa € 3.088.426,00 (excl. btw) gedurende de looptijd van de eerste 3 jaar. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de gehele contractduur incl. verlengingsopties bedraagt derhalve circa € 6.586. 770,00 (excl. btw). Voor onvoorziene werkzaamheden welke geen uitbreiding van de scope van de opdracht als geheel inhouden is € 500.000,00 (excl. btw) gereserveerd.
