Description

Met deze aanbesteding wenst Opdrachtgever één (1) partij te contracteren die samen met de Opdrachtgever het integrale omgevingsplan voor de gemeente Zeist zal opstellen conform de gestelde Eisen en Wensen omschreven in deze Aanbestedingsleidraad en bijbehorende documenten. Omdat het omgevingsplan zowel voor de gemeente als voor gegadigden nieuwe materie is, hecht de gemeente aan een partnership waarbinnen gezamenlijk geleerd kan worden hoe dit nieuwe instrument op te stellen en toe te passen. Voor de nieuw af te sluiten dienstverlening heeft Opdrachtgever o.a. de volgende doelstellingen: • Opstellen van het omgevingsplan conform de Transitiestrategie omgevingsplan Zeist 2024 zie Bijlage 1; • Een goede samenwerking met de Opdrachtnemer bij het opstellen van het omgevingsplan; • Samen leren hoe het omgevingsplan het beste vormgegeven kan worden. 940.000,- Opstellen Omgevingsplan 940.000,-
