Description

De opdracht betreft de selectie van een architect (als Total Engineer) voor het integrale ontwerp van de nieuwbouw van de Mariaschool en gymzaal te Den Hoorn, gemeente Midden-Delfland. De opgave omvat een programma van circa 3.670 m² BVO, inclusief de inpassing van kinderopvang en de inrichting van de buitenruimte. Het taakstellend bouwbudget bedraagt € 9.500.000,- (exclusief btw, prijspeil 2024). De aanbesteding verloopt via een Europese niet-openbare procedure (conform Aanbestedingswet 2012). De selectie vindt plaats in twee fasen, waarbij in de tweede fase (gunningsfase) wordt gegund op basis van de Beste Prijs-Kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV). De opdrachtgever hecht specifieke waarde aan een zorgvuldige landschappelijke inpassing en een participatief proces met de omgeving.
