Description

Het doel van deze Aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één constructeur die verantwoordelijk is voor een constructief ontwerp voor een publiekstoegankelijk utiliteitsgebouw ‘’Sportcomplex Sportpark’’. Het projectdoel is het realiseren van een functioneel, duurzaam en toekomstbestendig sportcomplex dat onderwijs, breedtesport en zwemsport faciliteert en tevens bijdraagt aan de beleving en identiteit van het Sportpark. Onder het sportcomplex komt een parkeervoorziening. De scope van de opdracht betreft het maken van een constructief ontwerp van het nieuwe sportcomplex. De volgende onderdelen worden separaat aanbesteed en als disciplines aan het ontwerpteam toegevoegd: architect, installatie advies, bouwfysica en waterbehandeling. Deze onderdelen maken integraal onderdeel uit van de ontwerpopgave. De constructeur is verantwoordelijk voor het constructieve ontwerp (VO, DO, TO) en het uitvoeringsgereed maken van het sportcomplex. Hierbij gelden de uitgangspunten en kaders zoals vastgelegd in het Programma van Eisen Sportcomplex, kavelpaspoort C1, beeldkwaliteitsplan Sportpark en Stedenbouwkundig Plan Sportpark. Gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst behoudt Aanbestedende Dienst zich het recht voor de overeenkomst uit te breiden met de volgende diensten: Opdrachtnemer houdt rekening met een aanvullende opdracht voor de constructieve ontwerpwerkzaamheden aan het aangrenzende terrein. Dit betreft een separaat ontwerptechnische uitwerking die mogelijk aanvullend wordt verzocht aan te bieden. Daarnaast bestaat de mogelijkheid om de parkeergarage uit te breiden naar twee lagen.
