Het Gerechtsgebouw Utrecht is in 2000 opgeleverd en is een samenstelling van diverse nieuwbouwdelen en 2 bestaande gebouwen, te weten bouwdeel H (bouwjaar 1903) en bouwdeel G (bouwjaar 1893/ Rijksmonument). Sinds 2017 loopt er een integraal onderhouds- en herinrichtingsgrogramma dat in 4 fases is/wordt uitgevoerd. Deze aanbesteding betreft fase 4a, het project Beveiligingsmaatregelen. Dit project beslaat alle bouwdelen van het gerechtsgebouw met uitzondering van bouwdeel H (perimeter van bouwdeel H valt wel binnen de scope). Oppervlakte: circa 38.000 m2 bvo
