Description

De gemeente Leiderdorp is op zoek naar een Opdrachtnemer voor het opstellen van het nieuwe deel van het omgevingsplan. Het huidige omgevingsplan bestaat grotendeels uit een tijdelijk deel met onder andere voormalige bestemmingsplannen, de bruidsschat en relevante gemeentelijke verordeningen. De opdracht betreft het gebieds- en onderwerpsgewijs opbouwen van het nieuwe deel, waarbij bestaande regels worden vervangen, geactualiseerd en geïntegreerd conform de Omgevingswet en geldende regelgeving. De opdracht heeft betrekking op het gefaseerd opstellen en ontwikkelen van het nieuwe omgevingsplan van de gemeente Leiderdorp. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer het opstellen van een basisregeling, het vervangen van de bestemmingsplannen De Baanderij en Bospoort en het inhoudelijk wijzigen van het omgevingsplan voor de beoogde ontwikkelingen in deze gebieden.
