ProRail is genoodzaakt de contractwijziging via dit formulier aan te kondigen, aangezien TenderNed niet faciliteert in het bekendmaken van een wijziging in geval van een aanbesteding onder het EP2019 erkenningssysteem. Het betreft dus geen Gunning van een opdracht zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking van een oproep tot mededinging in het Publicatieblad van de EU. Er is sprake van een wijziging van een lopende overeenkomst via art. 2.163d Aw. Betreft een wijziging, zie mee gepubliceerd document voor meer informatie. Zie meegepubliceerd document. Betreft onderstaande twee wijzigingen: 1) Grondwerkzaamheden t.b.v. alignement ontwerp middenstuk van de heuvel (“wijziging 1”); 2) Plaatsing dikkere laag ballastbed en gronddoek t.b.v. wijziging OVS00056 NCBG categorie 6 naar categorie 4 voor het binnenspoor (“wijziging 2”).
