TenneT wil een (1) leverancier contracteren die een online boekingsplatform voor TenneT beschikbaar stelt voor het reserveren van externe vergaderlocaties en bijbehorende dienstverlening: • Een marktpartij die reserveringen van externe vergaderlocaties/eventlocaties verzorgt met de eventueel daarbij behorende groep hotelovernachtingen, transport, diners, lunches, ontbijt, en vergadercatering door middel van een online boekingsplatform; • Een maandelijks overzicht met geboekte locaties en gemaakte kosten in een nader te specificeren format; • Accountmanagement waarbij actief wordt gestuurd op het gebruik van TenneT-vergaderlocaties alvorens een externe vergaderlocatie gereserveerd wordt; • Een proactieve houding en communicatie van de leverancier op alle vlakken; • Operationele, tactische en strategische ondersteuning bij het beïnvloeden van vergadergedrag.
