De gemeente heeft de ambitie om op het gebied van BNO (bedrijfsnoodorganisatie) volledig ontzorgd te worden. Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om het naleven van wettelijke verplichtingen, maar ook om het realiseren van een toekomstbestendig en kwalitatief hoogstaand BNO-beleid dat aansluit bij de maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid van de gemeente als werkgever en publieke organisatie. In de huidige context, waarin veiligheid, continuïteit van dienstverlening en zorgplicht richting medewerkers en burgers steeds belangrijker worden, ziet de gemeente het als haar taak om hier structureel en aantoonbaar invulling aan te geven. zie inschrijvingsleidraad De gemeente heeft de ambitie om op het gebied van BNO volledig ontzorgd te worden.
